Refund policy

We understand that having a package stolen or lost can be upsetting. Unfortunately ISANNA cannot be held responsible. When placing an order please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct (county, city, state, street, house number, zip code). Incorrect address can cause lost packages. 

If your package has been delivered to the shipping address that you provided at checkout ISANNA is not responsible the package is stolen after delivery. If your package is lost in transit, this is the carrier's responsibility. We encore you reach out to them directly.

All Sales are FINAL. We only replace items if they are defective or damage.
